Bhumi Bring Smiles Scholarship
Step 1: Referral - Guardians/Volunteers/Bhumi employees/Bhumi’s partner NGOs or institutions can refer eligible students by contacting the program team.
Step 2: Data Collection - The calling team will contact the student/family to screen for eligibility and send the main scholarship application.
Step 3: Verification - The verification team will process the main scholarship application and make a decision of accepting or rejecting the application based on documents and details collected.
Step 4: Audit - The program team will review steps 2 & 3.
Step 5: Disbursement - Funds will be transferred for all verified and selected students.
Step 6: Documentation - Fee receipts will be collected from the students to acknowledge the scholarship support.
Step 7: Renewals - Step 2 to 6 are repeated to renew scholarships every year till the student graduates.
Eligibility
Required Documents
1. Student Aadhar Card - With 12-digit ID and not virtual ID
2. School / College ID card
3. Latest Mark sheet/Report card ( Not older than 6 months )
4. Fee Bonafide from the Educational Institution:

(You can submit these two documents to your college authority to get a bona fide.)
5. Parent(s) proof of Work ( any one of the following )
❖ Company ID card
❖ Govt. licence for street vendor
❖ License/certificate to practise as a professional technician
❖ Driver license & Vehicle permit for drivers
❖ Photo of the place of business, etc.
6. Parents/ Family Income Certificate (or) Last 3 months Bank account statement
7. Family Ration Card (Optional)
8. If applicable :
❖ Service or Termination letter
❖ Death Certificate of the Deceased Parent(s)
❖ Disability Certificate
Scholarship Amount
UG/PG/Diploma - Scholarship for up to Rs. 50,000 or the total academic fees, whichever is lower.
